We are constantly looking at how we can improve the service that we give to our families to ensure that we always provide the very best care that we can possibly give.
That starts with the home visits that we do to meet our new families in their own surroundings and to see how each child acts in their own environment, therefore allowing us to ensure that the transition to nursery is as smooth as possible.
We never like to get complacent either and constantly challenge ourselves on how we can improve, whether that be working with the Early Years Nutrition Partnership to offer the very best home made food to our children or to getting ourselves accredited with Millie’s Mark, to ensure that every practitioner within each nursery is trained in paediatric first aid.
We try our best to create an environment that allows the children to thrive as individuals, to become confident children that are ready for their next big adventure of school!
The same applies to our team, we invest in them to allow them to reach their full potential, to become practitioners that are constantly looking to improve and become the best that they can be.
A day nursery should be a happy, fun and exciting environment for all, an environment that is full of opportunity and laugher and inspires not only our children but our team as well.
