Entry in to Grace’s Day Nursery

Registration.

You can register your child for entry by completing the registration form below and paying a fee of £50. This does not guarantee an offer of a space, but if a space has not been offered to you after 12 months of your requested date, this will be refunded. All applications will be processed on a first come first served basis, together with availability at that time.

Please note that our policy is that children attend for a minimum of four sessions a week (one session is equivalent to half a day). This is to support their emotional well-being and enables children sufficient time to develop bonds and relationships with their Key Person.

Should you wish to place your child on the waiting list for Grace’s Day Nursery, you will be required to pay a £50 non-refundable registration fee (NB: A registration fee does not guarantee a space. Formal offer of acceptance.

A formal offer of a space will be made to you in writing. A deposit, equivalent to one month fees is payable upon acceptance of the space. A deposit is returnable once a month’s notice has been given in writing, minus any outstanding fees or charges.

Settling you and your family into Grace’s is extremely important. The Nursery Manager will liaise with you to agree a time to visit you in your home and organise settling times for you and your child at the Nursery, with your child’s Key Person. You will also be given a Parent’s Handbook, detailing some of our policies and procedure and terms and conditions.
