World Ocean Month is celebrated in June. It’s a time to recognize the ocean’s importance to people’s health, safety, and prosperity.
Sustainability is at the core of our curriculum and this month is an opportunity for us to learn all about our oceans. Older children will be visiting the Sea Life Centre in Brighton to learn more about ocean conservation and also to inspire their awe and wonder for the world below the sea! Our youngest children will take a walk around the pet shop at Ruxley and explore all the different types of fish!
